We use your name, contact details, delivery address, order information and reference photographs to process payment, create and deliver your commission, provide order updates and support you after purchase.
Reference photos
Reference photographs are stored in a private order area and are used only for your commission. We do not publish a customer’s photographs, name, story or finished portrait without permission.
Service providers
Payments are processed by PayPal. Delivery providers, hosting providers and service partners receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service.
Retention & requests
