Custom commissions
Each VSSTINY portrait is made to order for one pet from the reference photographs and details you provide. Because every piece is shaped by hand, small differences from a photograph are part of the finished work.
Timing
Estimated production is 15–30 days, followed by an estimated 7–10 days in transit. These are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Refinement review
One reasonable refinement request for expression or markings is included before final finishing. A new pose, new reference direction or structural change after work begins may not be possible and may require an additional fee.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if studio work has not begun. Once making begins, custom commissions are non-refundable except where a piece arrives damaged or has a confirmed workmanship issue.
Reference photographs
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph you upload. Reference photographs remain private and are never published without your separate permission.
