Complimentary standard shipping is available to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Timing and tracking
Estimated transit is 7–10 days after dispatch. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Delivery dates may change because of weather, carrier delays or customs processing.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before payment. Contact support@vsstiny.com as soon as possible if it needs to change.
Taxes and duties
Any import tax, duty or local charge assessed by a government or carrier is the recipient responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Damage in transit
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the portrait, external packaging and internal protection. After review, we will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
Returns
Because every portrait is custom-made, change-of-mind returns are not accepted after studio work begins. This does not limit remedies for transit damage or a confirmed workmanship issue.
